The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in Dubai held its welcoming reception for its new students with heads of sections and faculty to guide them on the start of the academic year 2008/2009. To prepare new students for the forthcoming years of study at HCT, a comprehensive orientation program has been designed to ease the students’ transition into academic life and start being productive.
