Conference on Magharebian novel in Assilah

A conference was held on "Magharebian novel" within the framework of the international Assilah Festival, which will wrap up its activities on August 19. Yabiladi reports that several literary critics and academicians from Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Mauritania, Switzerland, Sudan and Morocco participated in this conference. The secretary-general of the Assilah Foundation, Mohammed Benaissa, pointed out during the event that a "constructive dialogue" should be formed between the intellectuals in the region to contribute to the development of Magharebian literature.
