A Saudi man convicted of kidnapping and raping two girls was beheaded Sunday, reported Saudi Press Agency (SPA), quoting a statement by the interior ministry.
Dawi al-Rashidi was executed in Riyadh, said the statement, adding that he had been previously convicted of a similar offense.
Sunday's execution brings to at least 89 the number of people beheaded in the kingdom this year, said The Associated Press, adding that at least 99 people were executed last year - (Several Sources)
