Criminal gang was captured

According to bna, the Saudi Ministry of Interior says Friday it has captured a criminal gang comprising 28 wanted people and seized explosives, equipment, bombs of various sorts, cash amounts, and documents during security forces' raids on various hideouts in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, Riyadh and Ar'ar, over the last ten days.
" The wanted people, captured in Al Madinah Al Munawarah have got rid of weapons and explosives by throwing them in a 150 meter-deep well", an interior Ministry source explained, adding that other various weapons and ammunition were found hidden in a hole at a warehouse in Al Madinah Al Munawarah. Nine people involved in terror acts have been captured in Al Madinah Al Munawarah and documents, thousands of Saudi Rials and various documents have also been found in different hideouts, the source added, saying that 23 people of different nationalities have been arrested for having links with the deviated group. In Riyadh, the security forces arrested one of the wanted people, in possession of 5 machine guns, live ammunition various tools and SR 136 thousand cash money, aborting an imminent terror act. The source said that two wanted people were arrested in Ar'ar in possession of weapons and plotting to carry out terror acts, but did not disclose names for security reasons.
