According to JANA, the secretariat of the Economic Community Of West African State (ECOWAS) announced that culture ministers at the Community will hold a conference in Friday at the headquarter of the Secretariat in Abuja to discuss number of issues ,among them establishing a fund devoted to culture in this African assembly .
The conference will discuss matters such as setting timetables of cultural festivals and establishing mechanisms to organize , follow up and evaluate of the activities inside the Community .
