The Cypriot Foreign Ministry has explicitly denounced “abhorrence” over Israel’s aggresion against the Palestinians which leads to the massive killings on a daily basis, Iran’s official news agency (IRNA) reported.
In an official statement, Cyprus condemned the Isreali act specially against the children, which was seen in the assassination of five innocent school boys, said Cyprus News Agency (CNA).
It added that such acts, targeted against innocent civilians must be terminated, calmness should prevail and the peace process should be secured.
The press release also hailed the Palestinian authorities' decision to take severe measures to deescalate tension and noted it would be appreciated if the Israeli government refrained from taking any measures that would deteriorate the already tense situation – Albawaba.com
