Cypriot Minister of the Interior Andreas Christou left for Kiev Saturday, according to <i>CNA</i> news agency.
Christou went to represent the President of the Republic at the installation ceremony of the new Ukrainian President, Viktor Yushchenko.
Yushchenko was elected in a December 26 vote after the country's first runoff, on November 21, was annulled by the nation's Supreme Court because of massive vote fraud.
