After completing the preliminary work for its residential sites in Amman, DAMAC Properties, the largest private sector master developer and luxury lifestyle provider has announced the appointment of M/s. Issa Haddadin & Partners Construction Co. as the enabling works contractor for its business projects - The Business Gate and Business Heights in Amman. The duration of this preliminary work is approximately 120 days and includes site preparation, excavation and shoring works. Enabling work on this project began on November 25th, 2007.
These projects form part of the Abdali master planned development, which in itself is claimed to be the most prestigious mixed use environment in Jordan and a strategic development point in the heart of the Capital.
“The enabling works mark a critical phase of DAMAC projects in Jordan as the country experience a boom in its real estate market, with the tourism, office and residential sectors and demand for luxury properties is rising.” Said Mr. Hussain Sajwani, Chairman of DAMAC Holding.
