DTK Computer Middle East, part of DTK worldwide network of branch offices, a leading brand of personal computers, notebooks and servers, has announced the launch of its latest high perfomance desktop, Cruiser 600, which boasts of an array of features such as Hyper-Transport Technology and Cool ‘n’ Quiet Technology.
The Cruiser 600 supports AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core, Athlon 64 FX and the Athlon 64 processors. It also supports DDR 400 SDRAM and facilitate flexible support for either single or dual channel operation. To ensure faster and better performance, the processor is fitted with the nVidia GeForce 6150 chipset.
The Cruiser 600 is integrated with a 10/100 Mb/s LAN or optional GbE LAN that is compliant with PCI 2.2. It has an 8 channel, high definition audio controller. The Cruiser 600 supports up to 4GB of Memory (4 DIMM) and maximum HDD storage capacity of up to 800GB.

Optical media features of the Cruiser 600 include a choice of CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, COMBO and DVD Dual. In addition to the ports for line-in, line-out, microphone, PS2 keyboard, PS2 Mouse, VGA port and parallel port, the Cruiser 600 provides 6 USB ports that can be upgraded to 8 by using external cables.
The DTK Cruiser 600 comes with an easy opening cover, detachable HDD drive cage, hemmed edges for safe access, side panel covers and an optional auxiliary cooling fan at the rear panel for better system cooling.
