Dubai deputy ruler receives Iraq envoy

Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance and Industry, discussed in Dubai on Tuesday with Iraqi ambassador to the UAE Faris Mush'al Al Yawar bilateral relations as well as the current situation in the region in general, and especially in Iraq.

During the meeting, the envoy expressed gratitude for all forms of support the UAE was rendering to his country, <i>WAM</i> said.

Earlier in the day, Sheikh Hamdan received Rashiddudin Mohammadi, Afghan Consul General in Dubai, who was on a courtesy call at the start of his mission in the country.
