The new and enhanced range of offerings have been implemented based on extensive customer feedback that aim at meeting requirements of customers ranging from multi-nationals to small and medium enterprises..
In terms of eHosting, the number of packages has now been increased to 5 with the addition of two new packages. A Premium package has been introduced to cater for customers that need daily backup with VPN secure connectivity. A BackOffice package has also been introduced for those organizations that need to host their back-end database servers behind their front-end applications. In addition, the Enterprise package now includes daily backup, VPN secure connectivity, redundant power feeds, and an SLA of 99.9% availability.
In terms of colocation, eCompany has enhanced its offering to cater to the wide variety of customer requirements with respect to size, electricity requirements, and security. eCompany can now provide secure enclosures and secure cages of any size at affordable prices. With such an offering customers can opt for a disaster recovery site at an eCompany data center location or can completely outsource their enterprise infrastructure requirements.
The range of cabinet space packages now extends to more than 4 different packages depending upon customer requirements. The range of packages extends from quarter of a cabinet to a full cabinet with independent lock and key.
