The Moroccan King, Mohammed VI decided to appoint Mr. Mohamed El Mbarki to General Manager of the Agency for the Promotion and Economic and Social Development of the Districts and Provinces of the East. The announcement on the new appointment was officially given to Mr. El Mbarki during his visit to the Royal Palace in Rabat on April 13.
Le Maroc reports that this Agency was created by King Mohammed VI in order to assist the eastern parts of the country and speed up their economic and social development.
