The El-Thakafa (The Education) review, published by the Algerian Ministry of Culture, has devoted its last edition to a special comprehensive feature on the Algerian theatre.
The 300-page report includes new texts and indexes documenting all the Algerian theatrical productions since the country's independence to nowadays. It includes news, interviews and quotes from the most prominent figures in the Algerian theater throughout the years and a profound analysis of its achievements during its almost 50 years of existence.
Liberte Algerie reports that the magazine's special feature was presented recently, at the National Library in Algiers, in the presence of numerous actors, drama students and a large number of Algerian theatre directors.
