Element K Middle East to unveil latest e-Learning Products at GITEX Dubai 2005

Element K Middle East, the leading global e-Learning provider that offers over 1,900 online courses and 1,300 courseware titles in more than 15 languages, will showcase its latest offerings in e-Learning courses, learning management systems and courseware at GITEX Dubai 2005, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 25-29, 2005.

“Element K Middle East is pleased to be participating in GITEX again this year. We look forward to demonstrating our expanded range of e-Learning libraries as well as our new Offline e-Learning Training Product for the ICDL (International Computer Driving License) Program. In the past year, we have significantly expanded our range of training offered to include courses such as ASP.NET, Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Domino 6.0/6.5, J2EE, Novell Certified Linux Engineer, Project +, Security Awareness and Six Sigma, to name just a few,” said Susan Bodinson, General Manager, Element K Middle East.

October 2005 also marks the second anniversary of Element K’s strategic partnership with Etisalat’s eCompany to provide e-Learning through the LearnOnline Portal. The portal, located at http://learnonline.ae, has been expanded to cover more than 1,700 courses in desktop computing, Information Technology and business & professional development, as well as vLabs, which are virtual hands-on labs using actual network and router equipment.

Element K Middle East will also unveil their latest International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Syllabus 4.0 Training Product, Offline e-Learning Courses, at GITEX.  The product, available on CD-ROM, enables students to complete ICDL e-Learning based training without the need to be connected to the Internet. With the addition of the ICDL Offline e-Learning product, Element K Middle East now has widest range of Arabic and English ICDL Training options in the region.
