In line with its continuing commitment to promoting excellence and rewarding loyalty amongst employees, ENOC recently honoured staff who have completed more than 15, 20, and 25 years of service with the company.
Saeed Abdullah Khoory, ENOC Group Chief Executive awarded 145 Long Service Award Certificates to the employees in a special ceremony at the Dubai Police Club.
Addressing the employees, Khoory said that the unwavering support and dedication of its workforce have helped ENOC tremendously in meeting the challenges of growth and improving overall performance across business and operations.
“Your dedication, loyalty and enthusiasm have proved to be pillars of strength and created a strong foundation, which has allowed us to progress to our current position of success and stability. Through your hard work, you’ve all pulled together to ensure that ENOC has become a force to reckon with,” Khoory added thanking the employees for their support.
In recent years, ENOC has been diversifying its operations and expanding internationally, along with consolidating its business in the UAE. The Human Resources strategy of the company is aligned with its business needs, focusing on enhancing the competencies of its employees and developing them into leaders.
