etisalat is offering low international rates for all its customers during the Hijri New Year weekend. All international calls from mobile and fixed line telephones made during the period of 9pm on Thursday until 7am on Monday, 2 MuHarram 1428 A.H. (22nd January), will be charged at off-peak rates.
