The Arab Academy for Microsoft Technologies, a fully owned STS company, began an ITIL Service Manager course on July 29th in partnership with ITpreneurs. The course, which will be held in the Academy’s training center, will be completed on the 11th of September 2007.
The ITIL is a collection of Best Practices for the management and delivery of IT services and IT infrastructure, which have become a de-facto standard for IT departments of all types of organizations.
This intensive course is designed to help IT Service Managers gain a deeper and a more practical understanding of ITIL processes and key implementation issues, both on the process and organizational levels. This practical-oriented course uses case studies, role-plays, and presentations to assess and improve the participants’ essential managerial skills.
The launch of this new training course is in harmony with the Academy’s vision of providing the local market with a professionally trained IT workforce and capitalizing on investments in IT solutions.
