ALBAWABA - Security sources in Niger told Reuters that the French Ambassador will be leaving the capital Niamey today.
A diplomatic source from the French embassy said: "The ambassador and six colleagues left Niamey around 4:00 am (0300 GMT),". The departure was confirmed by the Niger ministerial source, who added the plane was headed towards Chad.
