Fujitsu Siemens Computers names new Product Manager

In an effort to drive its regional volume products business, Fujitsu Siemens Computers has appointed Haseeb Soleja as the new Product Manager for its volume products for the ME region. Soleja is based in Dubai and will focus on a number of key initiatives to promote the company’s volume products across the regions different market segments.

“Soleja brings on board solid product positioning skills, product knowledge and extensive experience in the IT industry and sales operations that are essential to the growth of Fujitsu Siemens Computers volume products in the region. His appointment is part of our continued investment and expansion in the region,” said Stephane Rejasse, Managing Director, Fujitsu Siemens Computers Middle East.

Soleja brings with him 13 years of extensive regional IT sales and marketing experience gained from the regions leading IT distributors such as Mindware, TechData, and Al Futtaim Technologies, among others.

“Fujitsu Siemens Computers is redefining computing with mobile, ultra-portable and value offerings catering to the high-end, mid-range and value segments. While the notebook market is experiencing exponential growth, an increasing number of employees are going mobile. This is an excellent opportunity to position our mobility solutions to meet the needs of this segment. In my new role, I plan to promote the strengths of our products – UMTS, power management features, and the unique family concept where notebooks have interchangeable accessories,” said Soleja.

Soleja holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Bombay, loves playing squash and enjoys off-road driving.
