FutureIT Appoints New CEO

FutureIT Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for
the automated and effective management of Microsoft SQL servers, today
announced the appointment of Tzahi Langer to the position of CEO FutureIT
Ltd., the Israeli subsidiary of the American publicly traded (FITI.OB)
company. Upon assuming the position of CEO, Mr. Langer will resign as a
member of FutureIT's board; he begins his new position on December 1, 2009.
Mr. Shmuel Bachar, the current acting CEO will continue in his role as CEO of
FutureIT Inc. and as Chairman of the Board.


    Commenting on his recent appointment, Mr. Langer said "over
the past four years, FutureIT has focused on offering software solutions for
the automated and effective management of Microsoft SQL, establishing a
strong presence in the local market, and with satisfied customers around the
world. At the current time in the company's growth, FutureIT is positioned to
dramatically expand in the overseas market. FutureIT's team recently returned
from PASS Summit 2009, the largest and most intensive Microsoft SQL Server
and BI conference in the world, and received very favorable feedback
regarding the company's products. I am very excited about joining as the CEO
and look forward to working with the FutureIT team." Shmuel Bachar said, "I
look forward to working with Tzahi Langer as we together lead the company to
the next level".


    FutureIT's board member Michael Avnimelech said, "The FutureIT board of

CEO and chairman this past year during a turbulent time period in the global

    Mr. Langer is currently Deputy CEO for the Business Group at
FutureIT's parent company, the DataSafe Group. Prior to that he was VP
business development at the DataSafe Group, and CEO of an Israel based
nonprofit organization. He has a B.A. degree in mathematics and education, in
addition to a Masters in Business Administration. He brings to FutureIT a
strong track record of customer and sales focus and the ability to
dramatically grow revenue and market share.
