The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is planning to publish a tourist encyclopedia for its member states by the middle of this year, reported the official WAM news agency on Monday.
The GCC encyclopedia will be issued in English and Arabic, said the agency, adding that it will be also published on the web.
The tourism department of the GCC has asked all member states to provide it with all tourist information they wish to include in the encyclopedia – Albawaba.com
