Khaberni reports that a group of five suicide bombers blew themselves up in Baiji, northern Iraq, on Sunday.

The bombers belonged to Daesh and included a Jordanian national known as "Abu Hamza."

The suicide bombers targeted an Iraqi army location, and detonated their cars near the Al-Shurqat Intersection in Baiji. Twenty-seven military vehicles were destroyed in the blast. The Iraqi army has not released a statement or death toll.

Baiji is located about 130 miles north of Baghdad in Iraq, on a major supply road to Mosul. Daesh and Iraqi army forces have clashed in the city multiple times, and the militants currently control a petroleum refinery in Baiji.
