AXA Gulf has launched an electronic membership management solution for its large corporate client base on the healthcare side. The new system has been fully developed and implemented by AXA and will allow clients manage their own population in real time by adding, deleting or modifying member’s information.
AXA’s Head of Regional Healthcare Operations, André Daoud, said: “With this solution in place we offer our intermediaries & clients a way of effectively managing daily transactions and having a 100% accurate data. The feedback we had so far from clients who have used it has been extremely positive.”
It is expected that all AXA large corporate clients and intermediaries throughout the region would be able to benefit from this tool.
