Several jail officers may be seen in the video sitting in bloody puddles or laying on the ground.
The hostage-taking took place during a disciplinary hearing, as verified by the jail administration, and they are actively attempting to find a solution. "Actions are being made to ensure the captives' release. According to the statement, there have been casualties.
According to TASS news agency sources, the attack on the prison personnel involved at least three detainees. Furthermore, according to other accounts, the hostage-takers are also demanding two million dollars and a helicopter.
