Houthis target two American destroyers in Red Sea

ALBAWABA- In a statement by the military spokesman for the Houthi group in Yemen, it has been confirmed that Houthi-controlled Yemeni armed forces successfully targeted two American warship destroyers using drones in the Red Sea.

 The operation aimed at enemy warships, including the American vessels, achieved its objectives, as per the spokesperson's statement.

Joint operations by naval forces, missile forces, and armed forces air force resulted in the precise targeting of the ship "CYCLADES" in the Red Sea, marking a successful hit.

The targeting of the ship came after it violated the ban on passage to ports of occupied Palestine by attempting to reach the port of Umm al-Rashrash, Eilat on April 21 under deceptive pretenses.

 Despite warnings to stay away, the ship persisted in its course, leading to its inclusion in the list of targeted vessels in the area.

In another operation, the Houthi-affiliated Yemeni Armed Forces' air force targeted the Israeli ship "MSC ORION" in the Indian Ocean.
