A huge blast has been heard in central Baghdad Monday and appeared to have come from the vicinity of the headquarters of the US occupation authority, according to witnesses.
A Black Hawk helicopter was seen circling over the so-called green zone - the US compound that includes Saddam Hussein's former Republican Palace which serves as headquarters of the US-led occupation, shortly after the explosion. (Albawaba.com)
