Chartered jet broker on track to hit 50 per cent growth forecast during Ramadan
International Air Charter (IAC), one of the world's largest independent private jet charter brokers and consultants, has announced that demand for chartered jet services in the Middle East is expected to peak during Eid Al Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan. IAC has revealed that it has accordingly bolstered its fleet to accommodate the expected surge in demand, which has been the trend over the past several years.
IAC also disclosed that it is on track to hit its growth target for the season, wherein the company expects a 50 percent increase in the number of clients. In addition, IAC revealed that the increasing capacity will be a key factor in accommodating the major influx of religious travellers, particularly those performing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.
Elie Abdo, Middle East Partner, International Air Charter, said, "While IAC has been hitting its growth targets for the season with bookings and reservations steadily increasing, we are expecting a further rush in demand during Eid Al Fitr. Accordingly, the next two weeks will be particularly important as this is the period when we often witness an incremental increase in demand. In addition, we have noticed a growing awareness about the advantages and flexibility of private jets, which is a very positive development that will open more business opportunities, particularly during traditional travel seasons such as the Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr."
IAC offers a wide selection of six to 40-seat planes to travellers in the Middle East, with a roster of aircrafts that includes Piaggio, Premier, Hawker, Falcon, Gulfstream, Challenger, Dornier, Global Express, Boeing, VIP Airbus and VIP McDonnell Douglas among others. IAC also has a growing portfolio of international clients, including non-Arab VIPs visiting religious sites in the Middle East, particularly during the Hajj and Umrah season. IAC also caters to Middle East high fliers such as royal families, CEOs and top government officials who are looking for more convenient means of transport to key destinations all over the world.
IAC has round the clock access to over 50,000 aircraft from all over the world through its Computerised Aircraft Tracking System (CATS), which is updated automatically on a daily basis.
