Head of the International Federation for Body Building, Ben Weider, arrived in Amman on Wednesday to present King Abdullah with the "Sport King of the World" title, reported the Jordan Times.
Weider was quoted by the paper as saying that he will present King Abdullah with the "only title of its kind" in appreciation of his love and support for sports in general.
Weider said that IFBB officials surveyed and analyzed the profiles of the world's royal families and concluded that King Abdullah is the "most active in sports and most supportive to his country's national teams."
"Jordanian people are lucky to have a King who is involved in the sports, because this will encourage the youth," Weider told the Jordan Times.
The decoration ceremony will take place next Friday with a representation of heads of regional and national body building federations - Albawaba.com
