Through this Agreement signed with Trakhees, we will seek to apply new concepts for facilities management, providing a fully-integrated set of services, such as determining property strategy, management of available areas, infrastructure and buildings maintenance etc.,” he added.

Lootah expressed his confidence that growth will continue in the construction sector in the UAE with the new construction projects that are being developed, including hotels, resorts, airports, hospitals and mega residential and commercial complexes, contributing to the increase in demand for high quality facilities management solutions to protect the huge investments in the construction sector.

Engineer Nazek Hussein Al Sabbagh, Managing Director, Trakhees said: “

We are very pleased with this agreement. Trakhess is very keen on providing the highest level of support to our business community and with this agreement, our investors and Business Units partners will have a seamless integrated group of services, starting from design and licensing, going through construction and quality control, and now with this agreement we are confident that we will extend our commitment of service excellence to the operations phase covering by this the full life cycle of all projects.

Meanwhile, Imdaad announced that it will actively participate in “FM EXPO 2008” from June 8-10, 2008, which will be held at Zabeel Hall in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The participation comes as part of Imdaad’s keenness on reinforcing its strong presence in the region and the Middle East and increasing its clientele base, following the growing attention FM is receiving in the GCC states.
