Alpha Data deploys first QSC ILA series in the UAE
The International School of Creative Science is set to launch more powerful and livelier performances with the latest in audio visual technology for their multipurpose hall, marking the first deployment of Installation Line Array from QSC in the UAE. Complete installations were carried out by Alpha Data, the UAE’s leading systems integrator.
QSC’s Installation Line Array offers the WL2082-i speakers and the subwoofer WL115-sw which serves as the bass module. These loudspeakers and subwoofer are lined up in an array making it as compact and attractive, at the same time, can handle a far broader range of performance venues.
The International School of Creative Science management demanded the best people in the audio visual industry and hence, Alpha Data AV team headed by Division Manager Abdul Ghani was chosen. The Sharjah school required a complete AV system that would showcase the 1,000-seater multipurpose hall to have the best in audio visual technology.
“Alpha Data gave detailed reports for the room acoustics and made a study on every aspect of the auditorium. As the International School of Creative Science wanted the best for their hall, we proposed the latest in audio technology, the QSC ILA sound configuration,” said Abdul Ghani, AV Division Manager at Alpha Data Dubai.
Alpha’s team completed the installation with the use of Shure SLX Wireless microphones, BIAMP Audio matrix audio distribution, Sanyo Digital Projection System and state-of-the-art AV automation from Crestron.
“Alpha Data is very pleased that the International School of Creative Science has chosen us for another project with them. This is the most challenging deployment that we’ve handled from recent installations,” added Ghani.
