Organized in conjunction with the Faculty of Arts of Ben M’sik, the International Video Art Festival of Casablanca is being held between Monday March 21 and Saturday March 26. <i>Albayane</i> reports that both amateurs and professionals will take part in the event with their video art works and performances.
Within the framework of the event, several exhibitions and workshops are scheduled in different locations such as Moulay Rachid Cultural Complex, Touria Sekkat Cultural Complex, Sidi Belyout Cultural Complex, French Institute of Casablanca and Cervantes Institute. The program of the festival also includes the interactive performance "Violin power" by Steina Vasulka, pioneer of media arts, “Pale Hands" video-dance performance by Yann Lheureux and "Composition 21", video performance choreography by Imad Mansour.
