HSBC Investments, New Star Asset Management, INVESCO and TriAlpha will be hosting the first “Keeping you in touch with international investments”, International Master Forum from 5-15 November.
The International Master Forum will concentrate on key investment themes with the four asset management companies highlighting areas of the market where they are currently finding investment opportunities.
• HSBC Investments will focus on fixed income with a particular emphasis on emerging market debt.
• New Star will be focusing on the diversification benefits that can be obtained from investing in direct commercial property.
• INVESCO’s Asian equities team will uncover the potential benefits of investing in Asian economies and discuss how they have expanded rapidly in recent years and why they believe these high levels of growth are sustainable.
• TriAlpha will examine the following topics in their presentation; what role can hedge funds play in a portfolio? What are some of the strategies followed by managers? What considerations should be made in selecting managers?
The International Master Forum will be presented in eight different locations around the world and these include Sweden, Channel Islands, Spain, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai.
