Iran exported $43 million worth of saffron, dates and almonds during March-November this year, Iran's official news agency (IRNA) reported Tuesday.
Export Promotion Center of Iran (EPCI) was quoted by the agency as saying that "in the same period, Iran exported $15 million worth of dates, up by 24 percent compared to the figure for the corresponding period last year."
The report also added that the country exported $23 million worth of saffron during the eight months up by 50 percent over the same period last year -- Albawaba.com
