ALBAWABA - The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confirmed that Iran has launched several rockets, some of which have reached Jerusalem. As a result, air raid sirens have been activated across the city and its surrounding areas. This escalation follows a recent warning from the U.S. about an imminent missile strike from Iran.

Sirens also rang out in Tel Aviv, prompting millions of Israelis to seek shelter. The Israeli Foreign Ministry announced that alarms were sounding nationwide, affecting major cities and communities throughout the country.

The Foreign Ministry stated, "Sirens are ringing across all regions of Israel, sending millions into bomb shelters."

Earlier, IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari revealed that Washington had warned Israel about Iran’s preparations to launch missiles, with a strike expected in the near future. Hagari emphasized that any attack by Iran would have "severe consequences."

According to the New York Times, citing Israeli sources, the anticipated Iranian offensive will involve drones and ballistic missiles aimed at Israeli targets.

The Wall Street Journal also reported that the Pentagon observed increased military activity in Iran, with missile launchers being relocated in recent days.

NBC News, quoting White House and Pentagon officials, indicated that Iran is expected to target military and government sites within Israel, rather than civilian areas.

Israeli officials confirmed that the incoming attack is likely to be focused on three key military airbases and an intelligence facility located north of Tel Aviv. The strike could occur within the next 12 hours.

Hagari reassured the public, stating, "We are fully prepared to counter any aerial threat from Iran, just as we have done in the past. Our alert level is high, and we are ready to respond."
