Dr. Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, the Speaker of the Iranian Majlis, paid tributes on behalf of the Iranian nation at the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, "Father of the Indian Nation" and the leader of the anti-colonial movement in India, at Rajghat in New Delhi Monday.
The Speaker, accompanied by a group of Iranian Members of Parliament arrived in New Delhi Sunday night on a visit to boost inter-parliamentary cooperation between India and Iran.
