Iran will submit within the next 45 days its proposal on nuclear dossier which will serve as a breakthrough in the current situation with Europe, a senior Iranian official said Sunday, according to IRNA.
Talking to domestic and foreign reporters at his weekly press conference, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi conveyed, "The proposal will help to come up with a breakthrough with respect to our current situation with Europe.
It will take away any pretexts from the other side, he said, adding, "If the other side puts aside (making) pretexts and shows independence, this proposal will be a comprehensive one."
