Ukraine-Iraq Chamber of Commerce (UICC) made the first delivery of
newsprint in Iraq from Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Zhidachevsky Pulp and Paper Mill is a supplier of paper. The
volume of paper supply 500 tons per month, with further increases planned.
This is another step in the implementation of trade and economic cooperation
between Ukraine and Iraq.
Ukrainian paper will be used by Iraq for the manufacture of printed
products.
Ukrainian products valued in Iraq. There are already several requests for
additional supply to Iraq of Ukraine building materials, including metals,
as well as agricultural products>, - said Sami Sh. Ali, the President of
UICC.
UICC note that this is only the first shipment of Ukrainian paper in Iraq,
at the time of signing is also some contracts both for paper and other
materials.
UICC are continuing to consider offers from Ukrainian companies for the
supply to Iraq of various Ukrainian products - paper, metal, construction
materials, grain, wood, etc.
