Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari is to visit NATO headquarters Tuesday for talks expected to focus on the alliance's efforts to help train his country's military.
After much delay, NATO is aiming to expand its training operation from the heavily protected "green zone" in Baghdad to an academy outside the city by September.
