iris wins three major property awards for its developments
IRIS honoured as the best developer, best architectural development and best retail project for 2007
IRIS, one of the leading property developers in the region scoops three major awards in the past two months by major real-estate committees triumphing in three different categories - best developer, best architectural development and best retail project.
Commenting on these recent wins Ashwin Sheth, CEO of IRIS and Managing Director of Sheth Group said, “This is a major accomplishment for us and it is a great honour to be acknowledged by our peers and by business leaders.”

The first award was received in October 2007 at the Madinat Jumeira at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards, recognising IRIS as the best developer for its award winning project, IRIS Blue. .
The second award was received in November 2007 in Las Vegas recognising IRIS Blue as the best international architectural development for the year 2007.
The third award honoured Sheth Group at the Cityscape India 2007 Real Estate Awards for its outstanding contribution to the industry with its award winning retail project, Viva City.
Since its inception in 2005, IRIS has successfully launched three developments with a value of over AED 2bn. Building on its momentum, this figure is set to rise to over AED 7 bn by the end of 2008, making the company one of the region's fastest growing property developers and a formidable player in one of the most sought-after property hotspots in the world.
