Israeli FM in Turkey for Bilateral Talks, Middle East Peace

Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres arrived in Turkey on Tuesday for a two-day visit for talks on bilateral issues and Middle East peace, reported Haaretz newspaper. 

Peres will hold talks with Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit and President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, said the paper.  

In recent years Israel-Turkey relations have strengthened, especially on the strategic front with several military deals having been sealed between the two countries, the paper said – Albawaba.com
