ALBAWABA - According to reports by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israeli forces have killed 5 Palestinians across various parts of the West Bank, as the intensity of Israeli incursions rises higher.

The Ministry of Health in Ramallah confirmed the killing of two men after allegations of a ramming incident as their car broke through a military checkpoint. Israeli security chased the two men in their car and shot them dead.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said it had received their bodies. Later on, local media confirmed the killing of two young boys near Ramallah in a separate incident. The Israeli forces claimed that the two boys threw explosive devices towards a military base.

During a military raid in a refugee camp in Jericho, Israeli forces shot dead a 16-year-old boy, the Palestinian health ministry confirmed. The military claimed that the boy was killed as the troops were hunting for a wanted man in the area.

Armed Israeli settlers broke into the village of Burin, south of Nablus, after midnight and attacked Palestinian residents’ houses and properties, according to local sources

A large group of settlers stormed the outskirts of the village of Burin and attacked several houses, terrorizing their inhabitants. No injuries were reported. They have also set fire to a vehicle belonging to one of the village residents.

Violence across the West Bank has witnessed a steep surge since October 7, when Israel launched its latest brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip, which killed close to 24,000 people, the majority of whom being children.

Israeli army raids and attacks by settlers have killed at least 343 people in the West Bank since then, according to an AFP tally based on sources on both sides.

More than 520 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank last year, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
