Itisaluna Holds Series of Training Courses for its Work Teams and Dealers

Itisaluna Abr Iraq, the latest National Wireless Fixed Voice and Data Telecommunications Company in Iraq, held a series of specialized training courses in Jordan and Lebanon for it dealers, sales team and call center team.  The company believes that providing an outstanding service requires a highly- trained, capable workforce that is qualified to provide the necessary support for all subscribers.

The training sessions were held in two stages.  The first stage took place in Jordan and was specifically targeted at the team operating the Itisaluna call centre.  It included a number of practical lectures focusing on the concept of customer service and satisfaction.  Employees received training on the company’s services and how to convey them to the subscriber as simply as possible using current telecom terminology; how to deal with difficulties; and different ways of understanding the subscriber’s needs and servicing them in the shortest time possible.  Itisaluna also took care to help team members develop desirable qualities such as being a good listener, dealing politely with all subscribers, and greeting them with welcoming phrases. This is in addition to training them on Itisaluna’s unique customer greeting and farewell during telephone calls. 

During this stage, Itisaluna also held a training course for the senior employees of the call centre, focusing on the company’s technical matters, in addition to a course on marketing and promotional terminology which used the latest research and most up to date methods.

The second stage of the training courses was held in Lebanon. Itisaluna targeted these courses for its dealers and sales team.  The courses were concerned with imparting comprehensive information about Itisaluna and its main aims including spreading the necessary awareness about telecommunication technology among the people of Iraq. In addition, training was also provided about Itisaluna services for wireless voice and internet services and added value services. 

One of the most important aspects of the courses for dealers was the training provided on the CDMA2000 technology used by Itisaluna, which is considered to be one of the most highly developed, reliable Third Generation (3G) systems and provides a very highly quality, high speed transmission of sound and data.  These systems will allow subscribers to benefit from a variety of useful services and applications due to its high ability for spread spectrum technology without affecting communications or compromising the quality of the applications used.
