Jacky’sMiddle East LLC, the distribution arm of Jacky’s Group of Companies, will unveila range of more sophisticated products for integrated customer service atbanking halls including enhanced versions of UAE’s leading queue managementsystems at the first Middle East International Banking, Financial Technology andServices Exhibition and Conference (MEFX 2008) on 1-3 June 2008.
Cateringthe diverse banking and financial sectors, Jacky’s Middle East LLC will launchQMS380i/280i/180i, the enhanced products of the widely used QMS300i/250i/150i.These new products feature integrated high-resolution touch screen LCD, wirelessconnectivity, and dual screens that are networked to regional centres andheadquarters for real-time monitoring.

Customerservice at banking halls will experience a new level of sophistication throughJacky’sMiddleEast’sintegrated multimedia displays (IMD) which bring direct and targetedadvertisement to customers in the banks by creating a captive audience foradvertisements. Additionally, the self-service terminals and kiosks (SK)includes elegant and proven multifunction ticket printer (MTP) that expeditesaccount opening, fund transfer and statement printing operations.
Otherproduct at the event is the Quality of Service (QoS) terminal, a counter displayintegrated into the queue management systems, which allows polling and moredetailed surveys being carried out swiftly and easily. The high-resolution touchsensitive panels of QoS terminals are also used as integrated displays for queuenumber and direct advertisement.
