Swarovski Middle East recently hosted ‘Jawaher’, the latest exciting collaboration with a selection of traditional wear partners from the Gulf, set in the contemporary XVA Gallery space, Al Bastakiya, Dubai, on May 5th, 2010.
The event brought together VIPs, the media, participating partners and designers from the region and abroad, for a preview of the collection by the likes of Kanzi (UAE); Sohad Acouri (UAE); Nawader (UAE); Nariman (UAE); Burj Al Ali (UAE); Kyles Collection (UK); Hanayen (UAE); Sweet Lady (UAE); First Choice House (UAE); Bukanan (KSA); and Zumorrod (Bahrain).
A VIP preview of this cooperation showcased stunning abaya and jalabiya designs shimmering with crystals, followed by a series of trunk fashion shows by invitation only, on the following day. This prestigious happening also witnessed the brochure launch of the collection entitled ‘Jawaher’, under the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS brand.
Set against Dubai’s rich cultural backdrop, Jawaher attracted over 400 VIPs, local celebrities, socialites, business leaders and ambassadors.
