Following King Abdullah's directives, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation’s (JHCO) on Tuesday dispatched a third relief aid airplane to Lebanon in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mifleh said that two relief airplanes had already been sent to Lebanon and the third dispatched medical aid, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The plane arrived in Beirut later in the day. Following a massive explosion that hit Beirut on August 4, claiming scores of lives and injuring thousands, The King issued directives to the concerned authorities to support the Lebanese people through dispatching a military field hospital.
