Jordan supports world convention on protecting and promoting rights of disabled persons

According to <i>Petra</i>, Jordan participated in the meetings of the international committee entrusted with setting up a comprehensive and integrated convention on protecting and promoting the rights of disabled persons. Secretary General of the Ministry of Social Development Hmoud Oleimat, who headed the Jordanian delegation to the meetings, on Wednesday said that the conference aimed at formulating and finalizing decisions that will be adopted at the world level with a view to implement them in the fields of serving the disabled persons.
