Voice of the Customer (VoC) week combines a unique array of conferences, workshops, awards and the main regional call centre exhibition to expedite the evolution and development of best practice in customer interaction in the region. Over 1,000 industry experts and regional professionals are expected to participate in the various forums throughout the week-long event.
