About 100 Kurds occupied part of the Dutch parliament building late Monday night, according to reports.
The protesters sought to draw attention to the situation in Kobani, which is currently under assault by IS forces, Reuters reported. The news service said protesters sat on the floor with banners calling for international support as hundreds of riot police assembled.
Kurds also held protests in other European capitals Monday, including Vienna and London, Al Jazeera said.
In the Hague, the protesters left without incident in the early morning hours Tuesday after speaking with Anouchka van Miltenburg, president of the lower house, Bloomberg reported.
