The Kuwaiti parliament's finance committee decided on Saturday not to include the state property law in the agenda of Monday's session, Kuna reported.
Explaining the move, Committee Chairman MP Ahmed Baqer said some deputies wanted an opportunity to understand all articles of the law and the proposed amendments. The committee will hold four meetings on the issue, Baqer said.
