Kuwait's national assembly speaker Jassem al-Khurafi arrived in Tehran on Saturday at the head of a parliamentary delegation on a three-day official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He is expected to hold talks with high-level Iranian officials and is to meet with Iranian President Mohammad Khatami, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The two sides are to review matters of mutual interest and means of strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries at regional and international spheres. (Albawaba.com)
